We understand that military orders and training dates can be unpredictable. We offer flexible short-term leases. The only thing we ask is that tenants keep us informed.
TDY Crashpads
Our crashpads are a great option for individuals on temporary orders to Holloman AFB. They are ideal for first assignment RPA students or service members TDY Enroute to their next PCS.
Furnished Home Rentals
This is a good option for families accompanying the service member on a TDY training or service members who are house-hunting, TDY Enroute, or just passing through Holloman AFB. Stay with us if you want time away from the base, a full kitchen, new furnishings, and exceptional service.
Per Diem Rate Lodging
TDY Place offers crashpad housing at the reimbursable Lodging Per Diem rate to military, DoD employees, and base contractors staying longer than one month at Holloman AFB. For families, we offer whole homes at a reasonable daily rate above the Per Diem rate.
